It takes 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and posted.

DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic (Australia)

Delivery times depend on which postage method you choose. Generally standard parcel post takes about a week, but can take longer depending on where in Australia it’s going to.

International

Give international parcels 2-3 weeks before really having a look at their tracking to see what’s up.

Tip! Often the Australia Post tracking number and barcode will be scanned at the country it goes into and can be used for more detailed tracking eg. USPS scans everything, so you can track your order via their website once if you’re in the US.

Shipping costs depend on weight and size or the package, which is automatically calculated at checkout. 

International shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that Edenki is not responsible for parcels that have been lost in transit, where the incorrect address has been supplied, or when a parcel is sent back due to sitting in the post office for too long! If your parcel is sent back to me, I will contact you straight away. If you would like your order resent, the shipping fee will need to be paid again.

 

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully, as I do not refund if you've just changed your mind.

That said, I want you to be happy with your items, and with my work. If for some reason you are not, get in contact via the contact form or email me and I will do my best to fix it!

If something is amiss with your order eg. it was broken in transit, contact me within 7 days of receiving it and take a photo or two so I can share your heartbreak, and I will replace or refund for you. 

If you are truly unhappy with it, get in contact with me within 7 days of receiving your order to organise a return.

In this case you are fully responsible for the cost of returning the item to me, unused and unworn. I recommend keeping the packaging it arrived in and using it to return the item.

The item will need to come back to me within 30 days in its original condition. Once it has arrived safely I will get in contact and do a refund of the item minus the shipping.

If it is sent back used or damaged, no refund will be given.

SALE ITEMS

Purchases of sale items are final, and no refunds will be given.
