It takes 3-5 business days for your order to be packed and posted.
DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic (Australia)
Delivery times depend on which postage method you choose. Generally standard parcel post takes about a week, but can take longer depending on where in Australia it’s going to.
International
Give international parcels 2-3 weeks before really having a look at their tracking to see what’s up.
Tip! Often the Australia Post tracking number and barcode will be scanned at the country it goes into and can be used for more detailed tracking eg. USPS scans everything, so you can track your order via their website once if you’re in the US.
International shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that Edenki is not responsible for parcels that have been lost in transit, where the incorrect address has been supplied, or when a parcel is sent back due to sitting in the post office for too long! If your parcel is sent back to me, I will contact you straight away. If you would like your order resent, the shipping fee will need to be paid again.

Returns & Refunds
What if there’s an issue with my order?
I want you to be happy—not just with your jewellery, but with your whole Edenki experience. If something’s gone wrong, please reach out via the contact form or email me directly. I’ll do my best to make it right.
Broken in transit?
It doesn’t happen often, but if your piece arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of receiving it—along with a photo or two—so I can replace or refund your order. (And quietly mourn the broken piece with you.)
Changed your mind?
Get in touch within 7 days of receiving it to arrange a return. The item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and sent back to me within 30 days. Return shipping is your responsibility, and once it arrives safely, I’ll refund the item (excluding the original shipping fee).
If the piece is returned used or damaged, no refund will be issued.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Thanks for understanding!
