Once your order has been received, allow 3-5 days for processing and up to a week for shipping depending on where you are, andΒ 2-3 weeks for international delivery.
International shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that Edenki is not responsible for parcels that have been lost in transit,Β where the incorrect address has been supplied, or when a parcel is sent back due to sitting in the post office for too long! If your parcel is sent back to me, I will contact you straight away. If you would like your order resent, the shipping fee will need to be paid again.
Europe = Yes!
The UK = At the moment, I'm not shipping to the UK because of all the extra rules that they have put in place - but you can try my Etsy shop! Etsy have their own VAT number, meaning I can ship to the UK using that!

Broken in transit?
It doesnβt happen often, but if your piece arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of receiving itβalong with a photo or twoβso I can replace or refund your order. (And quietly mourn the broken piece with you.)
Changed your mind?
If you're truly unhappy with your purchase, get in touch within 7 days of receiving it to arrange a return. The item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and sent back to me within 30 days. Return shipping is your responsibility, and once it arrives safely, Iβll refund the item (excluding the original shipping fee).
If the piece is returned used or damaged, no refund will be issued.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Thanks for understanding!
Acrylic/Resin
Acrylic can scratch easily, even if this happens it wonβt affect how beautiful the piece looks! Just donβt chuck it in the bottom of your bag and youβll be fine.
Totally fine to wash with mild detergent should it get real dirty. Clean with a microfibre cloth to get rid of finger marks.
Metal
Metals oxidise and tarnish with wear and over time. Keep the hardware in your jewellery looking beautiful and shiny by giving it a polish with a clean cloth.
If the metal tarnishes, hereβs a couple of ways you can bring back their shine (wearing gloves here canβt hurt):
A vinegar bath. Using plain olβ white vinegar, grab a small bowl or container and leave your jewellery in vinegar for 30-60min. Rinse and dry thoroughly afterwards. This lifts light tarnishing and brightens your jewellery.
For heavier tarnishing on brass parts or grime-build up from being worn and interacting with your skin and hair: try dipping a paper towel in vinegar, sprinkling bi-carb soda on it, and then using this to really rub the grime/tarnish off the metal. Once youβre happy with how it looks, rinse and dry thoroughly.
I'm so sorry, I don'tΒ offer custom/commission work, I just don't have the time!Β
Good question!Β The short answer is... it's unlikely (sorry). My brooch-work is limited edition, I stop when IΒ get tired of making it, which tends to be anywhere between 50-200 pieces.
For sold out items that will be restocked, you can sign up for email notifications via the email field in the product listing. I remove listings forΒ items that aren't being made again.
Please check out theΒ ArchiveΒ to see my past brooch work.Β
